    St. Jacob is just a short 20-minute drive from downtown St. Louis.

    Chef's Choice, Dessert and Margaritas

    Total Prize Money:  $5000.00

    Early Registration $150.00 

    After April 15 $180.00


    Cooks are encouraged to sell their products to the public. There is space for 13 teams to sell their delicious BBQ.  Most cooks sold out last year!

    Competition BBQ sales begin Friday at 6:00 PM, Saturday at 4:00 PM and Sunday at Noon.

    What's Included:

    At the center of the Homecoming Grounds sits an air-conditioned activity hall that provides a cooling center and restrooms for the teams.  With limited public access, this facility is a great way for the teams to take a break, get out of the heat and away from the crowds.

    Free electricity to each site.

    Free running water to each site.

    Huge cooking sites.

    Free ice provided to all contestants.

    A fabulous breakfast provided to teams Sunday morning.

    This is a non-sanctioned BBQ contest. Standard judging rules apply.
